Robert McBay is a choreographer, creative director, and dance educator based out of New Jersey. Robert has trained in classical ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and lyrical in both New Jersey and New York City. He has taught at many studios all over New Jersey and New York, training all dancers in various styles.
After college, he began choreographing and doing creative direction for both music videos and live performances for various music artists. Robert is now the main choreographer and creative director for the Granddaughter of Hip Hop, LeA Robinson, Heiress to the Sugar Hill Gang legacy. He was seen on Bravo’s TV series “First Family of Hip Hop”, where he was featured as a choreographer. He has also had the pleasure of working with other music artists such as Jeremih, ZHU, Kito, Lil Mama, Azealia Banks, and TT The Artist, where he has done choreography, creative direction, and styling.
Robert has a passion for training young dancers and pushing their dance careers to their highest potential.
