Conditioning (Ages 13+)


Class Description:  Our Pre-Teen Conditioning Class is a strength and conditioning class that emphasizes constantly-varied, high-intensity functional movement. The focus is on cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, maximizing the student’s performance and fitness.

Dress Code: Any workout clothes. Shorts, t-shirts, indoor sneakers.

Benefits: Development of Physical Strength & Stamina, Balance, Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem, Poise, and Posture.
