Class Description: Our Bollywood Bustout exercise class is a highly energetic cardio class that gives students a complete body workout. Basic cardio routine movements are combined with fun Bollywood dance steps to create an invigorating one hour work out. Please join the Instructor in sweating away and burning calories while having a blast in Bollywood Bustout!
Dress Code: Anything comfortable on top such as leotards, t-shirts, or Indian Kurta. Black leggings, black tracks or black bottoms.
