Class Description: Baby Yoga is exactly what it sounds like – yoga with your babies. Baby Yoga is much gentler and slower compared to traditional yoga. At PDS, a lot of the moves are adapted for, or to do with babies. You don’t need to know anything about yoga to take part in a class – just bring your baby! It is a relaxing experience for the two of you doing gentle exercise through yoga, which is intended to promote happiness, health and love!
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing.
Benefits: Babies develop through yoga poses, which can aid in their gross and fine motor skills development. Baby Yoga also helps to improve sleeping patterns both in duration and frequency, as well as indigestion, constipation, relieving gas and colic.
